Monday, October 12 there will be No School for Indigenous People's Day

Today Mrs. French's 6th grade ELA class explored how self-expression and “selfies” have changed over the centuries. After reading the informational text “Selfie: The Changing Face of Self-Portraits,” 6th graders analyzed classic self-portraits from the 1400s-1800s and wrote modern captions for them. She is so impressed by their humor, insight, and critical thinking!
